The Laboratorio del Gusto Pastry Shop produces artisan panettone for both retail and wholesale, in many tasty variations: from the classic ones to pistachio, orange and chocolate panettone, orange, strawberries, white chocolate and five cereals with berries.
Among the other traditional and local products for the holidays, all handcrafted by the Scandicci pastry shop, there are: Pandori, Torrone, soft with hazelnuts or pistachios, Panforte, classic with dried fruit and candied fruit, Ricciarelli, Zeppole di San Giuseppe, prepared with the mixture of cream puffs, fried and filled with cream, with a sour cherry on top.
